Just imagine... even today in our country, millions of women and girls lag behind simply because they lack access to education, skills, and opportunities for self-reliance. They aspire to do so much for their families and society, yet—due to a lack of proper guidance and financial support—their talents and dreams remain confined within four walls.
The Jai Baba Re (JBR) Foundation believes that women deserve more than just sympathy; they deserve the opportunity to become self-reliant.
The Jai Baba Re (JBR) Foundation aims not only to make women self-reliant but also to empower them to make their own life decisions.
With this vision, we are launching the JBR 'Nari Shakti' campaign. The primary objective of this initiative is to empower women and girls from rural and underprivileged backgrounds by providing them with employment opportunities, skill development, and awareness regarding health and legal rights
(1) - Skill Development Centers: Teaching employable skills—such as tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, beautician training, and computer skills—enabling them to earn an income from home or through employment.
(2) - 'Beti Padhao, Aage Badhao' (Educate and Empower Girls): Providing financial assistance for the school and college education of needy and meritorious girls.
(3) - Women's Entrepreneurship & Self-Reliance Support: Providing training, toolkits, and guidance to women starting small businesses or Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
(4) - Menstrual Hygiene & Health: Distributing free sanitary pads in rural areas and conducting awareness sessions on health and hygiene.
(5) - Legal Rights & Safety Awareness: Raising awareness among women about their legal rights, protection against domestic violence, and cyber safety.
When you contribute to women's empowerment, you aren't just helping one individual—you are lifting an entire family out of poverty.
(1) - Dignity and Self-Reliance: Instead of depending on others, women will be able to earn their own living and shape their children's futures.
(2) - Prevention of Child Marriage and Exploitation: Educated and skilled daughters will not be forced to drop out of school prematurely.
(3) - Right to Equality: Women will gain respect and equal status in society.
(1) - Sponsor a Skill Center: Sponsor a sewing machine, a sewing kit, or a vocational course for a woman.
(2) - Donate Menstrual Hygiene Kits: Sponsor sanitary kits for 10, 20, or 50 adolescent girls for an entire year.
(3) - Become a Mentor/Trainer: If you possess a skill, come to our workshops and guide the women.
(4) - Spread the Word: Share this campaign with your network and on social media to bring more people on board.
